Twisted Side Braid Tutorial - Hairstyles are inspired by the current trends and what we see on the runway. One of my favorite appearances of the week (seen here) is Twisted side braid, which is feminine but with a relaxed and messy vibe. After seeing all the amazing braids in various shows, you know you want to do something fun and different from the loose curls we've done before. You scream with excitement when you see the results and know you want to come back here and create something similar for you.
The first step when going to knit hair (twisted side braid) is to clean it first, ie by shampooing until you feel relaxed and clean. Try to clean it without any dirt at all for you to feel comfortable with your own hair.
The next step is to comb and make the sides deep. Your Stylist has created a larger zigzag section, so you are doing the same thing right now.
Take most of the hair (next to with a few hairs) and start the braid, follow your hairline along the back on the head until you reach the other side. You are basically creating a halo braid, not solving it.
Next, start rotating the front of your hair from your face, along the lines of your hair until you reach the base of your ear. Rotate, hair around the back of the braid and the circumference of hair cut through it. You will then have four hairs to make 4 pieces.
Continue braiding and secure with a clear hair tie. you also re-secure the twist with the bobby pin just above the ear to ensure the handle.
To make the fabric a bit more messy, keep it tangled and loosen. You also want to pull a few small hairs so that the hair style looks "alive" and relax.
Finish with a flexible moisturizing spray, Finish the hairspray to lock the look and finish!
