 Here is a very easy red lipstick:

• Let some lip balm or something that will soften and release any dry skin. Carmex, paw paw ointment, and lanolips are all used in my kit depending on skin condition. Skin food is a great emergency medicine. Apply and let it absorb.

• Do the rest of your makeup. I really like lips to be the main focus with a fairly simple facial part. This makes you look too organized and save the current look. I have applied serum, foundation, filling eyebrows, cream blusher and mascara. I was thinking red incandescent lips instead of 50-pin-ups. (if you are not wearing any other makeup, talk about it in a moment)

• Gently rub the lips to remove the raised skin and remove the excess balsam. Use a lip liner that is no darker than the color you choose to coat and fill the lips. No need to match exactly. Actually a nice nude lip liner under most lip shade. Do not draw too much. Just browse your own lips.

• By using a lip brush, start in the cupid bow and fill in from the middle, following the liner. I recommend a red lipstick with a moisturizing matt coating in this process.

• Blot, and repeat step 4. When saying say blot, I mean press firmly. You want the color pressed, and become stained. (depending on how thick you want it, you can repeat step 4 again to add another color layer.)
